Well its 2026 and are you ready to take matters into your own hands?
Our weekly schedule of Digital Drop-Ins resumes on Monday January 5th and our team of staff on volunteers are ready welcome you and help to resolve some of those niggling questions you might have, help to set up a new device you might have received for Christmas or enable you to build the confidence to be safer online.
Many people come and use the space to practice or to do necessary ‘admin’ tasks like sorting out and deleting email, deleing photos, and transferring files!
Boring right? Absolutely, but it has to be done so why not come and do this in a social environment an help us get through the mountain of treats left over after Christmas!
We have one key change to our schedule; we have, unfortunately closed the doors to our session at Norbury Library but will now be at Croydon Central Library every Thursday 11-1 as part of an exciting new programme there.
Please note, our long standing sessions at Upper Norwood Library Hub are currently not running and advise you to attend either Anerley Town Hall or West Norwood Library instead.
All of our sessions are free and open to all, and are a chance to also connect with the wider community and be amongst fellow ‘travellers’ on their own digital learning journey.
If you are new, feel free to pop along for a chat and see if it is right for you. This is quite common. You don’t need to feel any pressure to jump straight in.
Once registered, you can drop in as often or as infrequently as you like, The door is always open
We have running sessions in Bromley (Anerley Town Hall, Orpington Methodist Church), Croydon (Age UK Croydon, Central Library Croydon, Floating Community Hub), Lambeth (West Norwood Library, Old Laundry Stockwell) and Southwark (Age UK Lewisham & Southwark).
Our full schedule, with days, times and addresses can be found here.
Keep your eyes peeled for our next post with full details of our workshop and community learning schedule
