Partner signposting and referrals
If you work with clients or service users directly, there are different ways they can access our services.
Signposting
General enquiry/ support
The best way to start is by visiting one of our Digital Drop-Ins. This is an opportunity to:
- Meet a member of our team
- Learn about our programmes
- See if our space feels right for you
Our drop-ins are social, welcoming environments where we support most people. It’s the fastest and most effective way to get help or find the right direction for their needs.
Community learning courses
They can register their interest for our courses here, where we also publish our upcoming schedule.
Please note:
- Our courses are oversubscribed
- We contact people on our waiting list a few weeks before each course starts
- There may be a wait, so registering early is important
- In the meantime, our Digital Drop-Ins are always available
Online services support
We support people with accessing online services and completing applications in Central Croydon. However, this is a very busy session, and we cannot always guarantee we’ll see everyone on the day.
If they need this type of support, please complete the referral form below and we’ll contact you directly to discuss your needs.
Borough specific programmes
The following links show the specific sessions available in each Borough we actively work in. Bromley, Croydon, Lambeth and Southwark,
Make a referral
Direct referrals can be made for more specific support and we aim to help as many of these as we can but do have limited capacity.
Critical Support
They can be referred for critical support if any of the following applies:
- Have multiple and complex needs
- Have restricted mobility or are home bound
- Need support with assistive technology (inc Alexas)
Cyber Support
We prioritise people who may have been hacked, scammed or have experienced tech enabled abuse.
We can support people to report the crime or to create a Digital Resilience Plan to rebuild.
Online Services Support
Our Online Services Support provides friendly help with completing forms, creating accounts, accessing the council, NHS and DWP online.
We can help you get everything ready for an online application, teach you how submit relevant documents and be more independent.
Please note that we are not an information and advice service, and we cannot help with legal, consumer, housing, and immigration advice, health-related benefits, or appeals.
We aim to make contact within 3 days to discuss available options and we will inform you of progress.
