ClearCommunityWeb provides FREE friendly help with completing forms, creating accounts and accessing the council, NHS and DWP online.
Every Thursday 10.00am – 1.00pm

Typical things we help with include:
- Registering for services
- Completing forms
- Submitting documents
- NHS apps & services
- Universal credit journal/ DWP
- Recovering old accounts & email
- Signposting to ongoing support
We can help you get everything ready for an application, teach you how submit relevant documents and be more independent.
We can also troubleshoot issues with passwords and old accounts to ensure you are receiving the relevant emails.
We work alongside other support services including Citizens Advice Bromley, Citizens Advice Merton & Lambeth and the Healthy Living Platform.
